NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City of Palm Springs, City Council Downtown Project Standing Subcommittee, will conduct a Special Meeting beginning at 10:30 a.m., Monday, April 16, 2018, at Palm Springs City Hall Small Conference Room, 3200 E. Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs. The purpose of the Special Meeting is to discuss the following items:

1. PUBLIC COMMENT.
Pursuant to the Brown Act public comment is limited to ONLY those Items that appear on the Notice and Agenda of the Special Meeting.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF REMAINING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS 

3. PARCEL H2 INFILL (ALUMINAIRE PARCEL) 

4. PARKING AGREEMENT FOR PUBLIC PARKING GARAGE 

5. EASEMENT BLOCK A ELEVATOR 

6. EASEMENT BLOCK D ELEVATOR

7. PUBLIC BATHROOM LEASE

8. TELSA CHARGING STATIONS

9. DISCUSSION OF THE DOWNTOWN PROJECT AND OTHER UPDATES

10. PALM SPRINGS PRIDE AND SPECIAL EVENT ROAD CLOSURES

11. ADJOURNMENT
