Join us on Wednesday, February 27th for Preparing For Your Best Old Age: Evidence, Attitude and Longevity with Dr. Mary Jo Groves. Learn keys to lifestyle choices and management of chronic diseases that can help us remain independent as we age. The lecture will begin at 6:30 p.m. in The Learning Center (TLC). This program is presented in partnership with Eisenhower Health.
It's never too late to create the body we want to take into old age. Join Dr. Groves as she guides us through evidence on nutrition and different types of exercise to extend our health along with our years.
Dr. Groves specializes in Family Medicine. She attended medical school at Ohio State University College of Medicine and completed her residency at Wright State Family Medicine Residency Program. She is American Board of Family Medicine Certified.
Assisted Listening Devices (ALDs) are instruments designed to amplify sounds to make it easier for persons who are hearing‑impaired to enjoy a library program.
