Making Small Changes to Better Impact Your Long Term Health
Presented by Health and Lifestyle Coach Mary Stupin
Join us on Wednesday, April 10th for the Wellness Lecture: Making Small Changes to Better Impact Your Long Term Health presented by Health and Lifestyle Coach Mary Stupin. She will discuss the benefits of small change in our lives. We often believe we must think big for big things to happen, but it is often the small, daily tasks that build the steps to success. The lecture will begin at 6:30 p.m. in The Learning Center (TLC). This program is presented in partnership with Certified Farmers’ Market, a Palm Springs Cultural Center event.
Mary Stupin is a Certified Health Coach specializing in emotional transformation and wellness throughout the whole body. She was trained as a health coach at the Health Coach Institute and the International Training Institute of Health with Dr. Darrell Wolfe. Mary has a strong emphasis on seeking out local foods through local farmers and community supported agriculture, as well as mentoring for clients to begin producing their own food for themselves and their families. Mary’s whole body approach clearly focuses on transforming people from the inside out and conquering worn out belief systems that stagnate us and keep us from becoming our true selves, which allow clients to focus on health and inner joy.
