All of the airlines serving our airport provide walking/wheelchair compatible ramp access to and from the aircraft. If you need such assistance, please check with your airline regarding any advance arrangements that need to be made.
If you have any questions, please contact your airline in advance or check with a Traffic Officer or Skycap when arriving curb-side at the airport.
Other Services
United Service Organization (USO) / Military
Our PSP USO Service Center works everyday to assist American military personnel and their families. It ensures travelers have a safe and comfortable place to relax while awaiting flights to foreign destinations, or transportation to our own 29 Palms Marine Corps Base. We provide assistance selecting hotels, restaurants, local entertainment, and transportation options.
We provide a television lounge with a large library of current and classic films on DVD and video, Internet-connected computers for e-mail, web surfing and computer games, a fully stocked snack bar and with "GI approved comfort foods", a lending library of books, newspapers, magazines, and more. All services are provided free of charge to the troops, their families and retired military personnel.

Free WIFI
Palm Springs International Airport offers free wireless internet connectivity throughout all public areas of the terminal. To access, set your SSID to PSPAIRPORT, then launch your browser for further instructions.
Automated Teller Machines (ATMS)
There are three ATMS in the terminal. One in the Main Terminal near the Security Checkpoint entrance and one in the Bono Concourse (Gates 4-11) and one in the New Concourse (Gates 12-20).
Information Counter - Located in Baggage Claim
The Palm Springs Desert Resorts Convention & Visitors Authority provides literature and information on subjects ranging from hotels to restaurants to special events. Staffing is provided by the Coachella Valley's Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) and volunteer Airport Navigators.
Terminal Courtyard
The Terminal Courtyard is located beyond the Security Checkpoint amidst art, water features and patio seating in a beautifully landscaped environment. This area includes a playground and pet area as well as restrooms and dining options.
Bono Concourse
Relax in the Bono Concourse patio area near Boarding Gates 4-11, with the signature fabric roof structure soaring 40 feet above, and complete with a water feature, live palm trees, Dale Chihuly glass art pieces, and comfortable seating. Retail shops, dining options, restroom facilities, and public telephones are just steps away.
New Concourse
The New Councourse near Gates 12-20 includes both inside and outside seating areas for your relaxation surronded by lush landscaping, artwork and a water feature. The New Concourse also offers a Bakery / Bar , CNBC retail, ATM and restrooms.
Foreign Currency Exchange
Anderson Travel will exchange British, Canadian, and Swiss currencies and the euro, accepted in 12 countries. Foreign currency travelers checks are also avialable.

Airport Navigator Program
International Airport is the gateway to the beautiful Coachella Valley. Volunteer Airport Navigators help to make their experience at the airport a positive one by providing assistance and information.
What can Navigators provide?Volunteer Airport Navigators are customer service friendly, carry maps of airport facilities, lists of key airport phone numbers and other items to ease the traveler’s airport experience. Usually, passengers want to know where to find ticketing / baggage areas, taxis and other ground transportation services.
How much time is required?Volunteer Navigators commit to one four-hour shift per week, which are available seven days a week.
Where can Navigators be found?Volunteer Airport Navigators are stationed at an information booth near the baggage claim wing of the terminal, as well as roaming throughout the terminal area. They are generally available during busy travel times seven days a week.
What Do Navigators wear?Volunteer Airport Navigators are easily recognizable in their distinctive lime green shirts emblazoned with the colorful “helping hand” logo and the large, "Airport Navigators" across the back.
What type of person does this?The airport is an exciting place to be, whether you’re traveling or not! Many people choose to be Volunteer Navigators because they enjoy the atmosphere; others just like to be around people and airplanes! You will find Airport Navigators from most every walk of life; including students, business people, lawyers, doctors, military personnel, nurses, teachers and real estate agents just to name a few. The most common trait they have in common is their desire to help people.
