City Clerk James Thompson and his staff are committed to finding creative solutions to developing and delivering services to the public as well as City staff. Constant refinements and improvements to the City’s internal management procedures and systems are essential to our ability to deliver the level and quality of service expected by the community.

These services include: election administration; records management and public records requests; optical imaging; support for the City Council, Boards and Commissions; Municipal and Zoning Code Codification; Conflict of Interest and Campaign Disclosure filings; Domestic Partnership program; contract processing, legal notices and subpoenas, and other support services.
