Welcome to the Planning Services Department. Our primary mission is to provide helpful service to all segments of the development community: Residents, business owners, land developers, neighbors and advocates for all local interests. Our values are set by the City Council in the Palm Springs General Plan and Zoning Code, as well our commitment to accuracy, timeliness and fair treatment.
