ConPlan Community Needs Survey

We want your input! The City of Palm Springs is in the process of completing a new five-year Consolidated Plan (ConPlan). The ConPlan is mandated by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in order for the City to be eligible for its Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) annual entitlement funds. It is a document that identifies the City’s overall housing and community development needs and outlines a strategy to address those needs.
An important part of this ConPlan is to ask you, the valued resident, business owner, worker or other stakeholder what you think are the important unmet needs of our low-to-moderate (Low to Mod) income neighborhoods and residents. Please assist the City in preparing this ConPlan by taking the time to complete the on-line survey.
