Genealogy Software – Comparing Various Options
Presented by the Palm Springs Genealogical Society with guest speaker Gary Frederickson followed by round-table sharing. This FREE program will be from 10:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. in The Learning Center.Gary Fredericksen is the President of the Sun City Palm Desert Genealogy Club, the newsletter editor for the Palm Springs Genealogical Society and a frequent presenter at Southern California genealogy societies. He is also a genealogy teacher in the College of the Desert Learning in Retirement Program. He retired in 2005 as Vice President for Student Affairs at Cal Poly Pomona after 35 years in the California State University System.
Assisted Listening Devices (ALDs) are instruments designed to amplify sounds to make it easier for persons who are hearing‑impaired to enjoy a library program.
