PUBLIC COMMENT:  Pursuant to the Brown Act public comment is limited to ONLY those Items that appear on the Agenda.  Three (3) minutes are allowed for each speaker.

2.  OVERVIEW OF GENERAL PLAN UPDATE PROJECT.

3.  INITIAL DISCUSSION OF PUBLIC PARTICIPATION AND SURVEY APPROACH.

ADJOURNMENT:  The Subcommittee will adjourn to a future meeting, date to be determined.
