Live Demo on Using Ancestry.com + FamilySearch

Palm Springs Genealogical Society presents a Live Demo on Using Ancestry.com + FamilySearch with Lisa Baker. 

This free program will be from 10:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at the Mizell Center in their dining room.

Lisa Baker is the Assistant Director of the Hemet Family History Center at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She also serves on the board of directors of the Hemet San Jacinto Genealogical Society as the Treasurer and Director of Communications, maintaining the Society website and newsletter. She has been researching her own family for over 29 years when she began looking into her mother's family and discovered that her German roots extend back to the 1500s.

Assisted Listening Devices (ALDs) are instruments designed to amplify sounds to make it easier for persons who are hearing‑impaired to enjoy a library program.

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of the City of Palm Springs, should contact the ADA Coordinator, as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.
