Summer Reading 2026 Begins!

Join us from June 8-July 18 for Summer Reading 2026. All ages are welcome to register at the library or online via Beanstack and track your reading, listening and what you watch to earn free books and Grand Prize entry tickets. If you prefer paper tracking for what you read, listen and watch, paper logs can be picked up at the Library Service Desk.

Weekly raffle drawings will also take place at Summer Reading events. Grand Prizes will be drawn at the Summer Reading Finale Celebration July 22 at 6pm.

Grand prizes and book giveaways are sponsored by the Friends of the Palm Springs Library. Prizes given away at drawings at events are donated by local businesses and organizations.

Assisted Listening Devices (ALDs) are instruments designed to amplify sounds to make it easier for persons who are hearing‑impaired to enjoy a library program.

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of the City of Palm Springs, should contact the ADA Coordinator, as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.
