Youth Summer Reading Crafts

 Youth Summer Reading Crafts

Join us Wednesdays at 3:30 pm for Youth Summer Reading Crafts at PSPL Rimrock. For grades PreK-5, there will be a different craft every week.

July and July Dates:

Thursday, June 11: Let’s Paint! Paint a ceramic planter. Every seed needs to start somewhere. Why not in a planter pot you painted yourself!

Thursday, June 18: Happy Father’s Day! Design a coffee mug to look like Dad’s face. Inside the mug plant some seeds to grow that will eventually look like silly hair.

Thursday, June 25: Birdhouse! Decorate a birdhouse decorated with karo syrup and bird seeds.

Thursday, July 2: America celebrates 250 years! Decorate a windchime!

Thursday, July 9: How does my garden grow? Learn about our new seed program and how to begin your very own garden.

Thursday, July 16: Bingo! Let’s end the summer season with a friendly game of B.I.N.G.O!

There will be no DIY Crafts July 23 or 30.
