Adult Summer Reading presents: Blue Zones Purpose Path Workshop
Presented by Blue Zones' Franchesca Forrer who will assist participants in creating a purpose statement and will provide tools to begin your own purpose journey. This event will be in the Cornelia White Community Room at the Welwood Murray Memorial Library in downtown Palm Springs.
Franchesca Forrer is a Blue Zones Project Palm Springs Organization and Well-being Lead. She has lived in Coachella Valley for over 20 years and has a background in non-profit development, event management and marketing. She has worked at The Living Desert, Westfield, and Acrisure Arena. She lives in the mountains above Palm Desert and enjoys writing, gardening and hiking with her two Labradors Cash and Emmylou.
Assisted Listening Devices (ALDs) are instruments designed to amplify sounds to make it easier for persons who are hearing‑impaired to enjoy a library program.
Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of the City of Palm Springs, should contact the ADA Coordinator, as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.
