Pursuant to the Government Code Section 54957.5(b)(2) the designated office for inspection of public records in connection with the meeting is the Planning Department, City Hall, 3200 E. Tahquitz Canyon Way. Complete Agenda Packets are available for public inspection at: City Hall, Planning Department. Agenda and staff reports are available on the City’s website: www.palmspringsca.gov. If you would like additional information on any item appearing on this agenda, please contact the Planning Department at (760) 323-8245.

REPORT OF POSTING OF AGENDA: Agenda available for public access at the City Hall exterior bulletin board (west side of Council Chamber) and the Planning Services counter by 4:00 pm, Thursday, May 16, 2013. A posting of this Agenda can be found on the City’s website at: www.palmspringsca.gov. Pursuant to G.C. Section 54957.5 the designated office for inspection of public records in connection with the public meeting of the Planning Commission is the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, located at 3200 East Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs, California.


1. PUBLIC COMMENTS: Three (3) minutes is allowed for each speaker.

2. INTERVIEW AND APPOINT APPLICANTS TO THE ARCHITECTURAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE AS PART OF THE 2013 ANNUAL RECRUITMENT.

RECOMMENDATION: 1) Interview applicants for the Architectural Advisory Committee. 2) Appoint 4 to the Architectural Advisory Committee with terms ending June 30, 2016 or before. 3) Appoint 2 alternate members to the Architectural Advisory Committee with terms ending June 30, 2016 or before.

ADJOURNMENT: The Planning Commission will adjourn to 1:30 pm, Wednesday, May 22, 2013, at City Hall, Council Chamber, 3200 East Tahquitz Canyon Way.
