<p style="text-align: justify;">NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of the City of Palm Springs will conduct a Special Meeting beginning at 4:00 P.M., Wednesday, November 2, 2016, in the Large Conference Room at City Hall, 3200 East Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs.&nbsp; The purpose of the Special Meeting is to discuss the following items:<br>

<strong>1.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;PUBLIC COMMENT</strong>:<br>
Pursuant to the Brown Act public comment is limited to Items that appear on the Call and Notice of Special Meeting.&nbsp; Two (2) minutes assigned for each speaker.<br>
<br>
<strong>2.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;INTERVIEW AND APPOINT APPLICANTS TO THE MEASURE “J” OVERSIGHT COMMISSION</strong>.<br>
RECOMMENDATION: 1) Interview applicants for the Measure “J” Oversight Commission; 2) Appoint two members to the Measure “J” Oversight Commission with terms ending June 30, 2019.<br>

<strong>3.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;ADJOURNMENT</strong>: &nbsp;<br>
The City Council will adjourn to Wednesday, November 2, 2016, Council Chamber, City Hall, preceded by Closed Session, Small Conference Room, City Hall, 3200 East Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs.<br>
