The City of Palm Springs Housing and Community Development together with Riverside Legal Aid, invite the community to attend a FREE Tenant Rights Workshop designed to provide crucial legal education and support for low income renters in the City of Palm Springs.
WHEN: March 19, 2025, 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (this replaces the March 26th workshop)

TOPICS INCLUDE: Eviction Defense, Unfair Landlord Practices, Responses to Unlawful Detainers, Addressing Unsafe and Substandard Housing Conditions, Access to Safe and Habitable Housing
This informative session is open to low income residents of Palm Springs who may need assistance navigating housing-related legal challenges. In addition to tenant rights education, Riverside Legal Aid offers a wide range of legal services, including support for family law, probate, bankruptcy, and consumer debt defense. HABLAMOS ESPAÑOL
