The Palm Springs City Council will discuss and consider several key items of community interest at Wednesday’s Council meeting, including: a presentation from Police Chief Andy Mills on Citywide traffic initiatives; a public hearing on the proposed historic designation of the “Fallows-Cone Residence”; the first reading of an ordinance addressing the undergrounding of private utility connections to underground public utilities; a report on the Downtown Parking Strategy; and an ordinance to restructure the City’s Hotel Operations Incentive Program.

The meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber at City Hall, 3200 E. Tahquitz Canyon Way.
