City of Palm Springs Invites Community to Meetings on Future of Mayoral Position

The City of Palm Springs invites residents to participate in a series of public community meetings to discuss the future of the City's mayoral position. These meetings are designed to provide an opportunity for residents to learn more about the topic, ask questions, and share their perspectives as the City considers potential changes to its governance structure.

Residents are encouraged to attend the meeting that is most convenient for them; participation is welcome regardless of district. Community feedback gathered during these meetings will help inform future discussions and any actions considered by the Palm Springs City Council.

The schedule of upcoming meetings is as follows:

Wednesday, July 22
Citywide Meeting with both sides offering opinions on topic, public comment and Q & A.  
6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Mizell Center

Wednesday, September 16                                   
Regular townhall for District 5
