The Palm Springs Small Hotel Tourism Business Improvement District (TBID) Advisory Board consists of eight (8) members and two (2) alternate members, appointed by the City Council. The Board is comprised of the President and four members of the Small Hotels of Palm Springs and the President and four members of the Desert Gay Tourism Guild. The Palm Springs Convention Center and Bureau of Tourism provides staff support, (760) 322-8414.
