The Palm Springs International Airport offers a variety of services for passengers with disabilities. 

In addition to Airline Staff, Traffic Enforcement Officers (TEOs), Skycaps, Police Officers and Volunteer Navigators are available curbside and at key locations to assist passengers with special needs.

Airport Parking

The first row of parking nearest to the terminal building provides spaces designated for drivers with disabilities.  If you are disabled and are traveling alone, stop curbside in front of the terminal and contact a Skycap or TEO to arrange for assistance with your luggage and your transportation from your vehicle to the departure gate.

Wheelchair Service

Wheelchair service can be requested curbside for transportation to the departure gate.  Please contact your airline to request wheelchair service for your entire journey.

TSA Security Checkpoint Assistance

ADA/504 Compliance

It is the intent of the Palm Springs International Airport to provide access to the airport and the services associated with its operation to persons with disabilities in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990 and section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.

Persons with disabilities or their representatives may request reasonable accommodations in alternative format, including documents, by contacting your respective airline for airline related needs, or the Airport Administration Manager - ADA/504 Coordinator for airport facility related needs.

ADA/504 Coordinator

The ADA/504 Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the efforts of the Palm Springs International Airport to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990 and section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and investigating any concerns or complaints regarding access to Airport programs, services or activities.  Mark Jucht, Airport Administration Manager, has been designated as the ADA/504 Coordinator.
