Calling All Riverside County Students Grades 1 - 8!
Hello, Riverside County Friends!
We’re excited to announce the launch of our Splash of Beauty Art Contest! This contest celebrates the natural beauty of Riverside County and is open to local students in grades 1–8.
If you know a student who loves art and nature, please help spread the word! Help us inspire the next generation of Watershed Warriors to protect and appreciate the places we all love.
CONTEST PROMPT:
Got a favorite park, trail, or outdoor hangout in Riverside County? Draw it, paint it, or sketch it! Create art of your favorite nature spot and tell us why it’s important to keep it clean and pollution-free.
WHO CAN ENTER:
Students in grades 1–8 who live or attend school in Riverside County.
PRIZE:
1st place will win a $100 gift card of their choice.
A winner from each grade level will win a $20 gift card of their choice.
ENTRY DEADLINE:
May 31st, 2025
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
- Create an 8.5” x 11” flat artwork showing your favorite nature spot in Riverside County.
Tip! Download our contest template to get started (optional).
- Write a short paragraph explaining why it’s important to keep that place clean.
- Submit a high-quality image of your artwork and your typed paragraph at https://forms.gle/wBBnCY5p9s8UUiRS8.
- Mail your original artwork to: S. Groner Associates PO Box 1569, Placentia, CA 92871 for a chance to have your art displayed locally.

CONTEST RULES:
- Art piece must be flat and no bigger than 8.5” x 11”
- Students may submit more than one art piece.
