Application forms are available on the City's website at www.PSMeasureJ.com. Hard copies are also available for pick up at various City facilities, including but not limited to, City Hall, Palm Springs Public Library, Welwood Murray Memorial Library, Demuth Park Community Center, James O. Jessie Desert Highland Unity Center, and the Leisure Center at Palm Springs Parks and Recreation.

Completed applications must be submitted by 5:30 p.m. on Monday, September 30, 2024. Applications can be submitted online - or by mail, or in person to:

October 1, 2024 - January 31, 2025

Applications will be reviewed and prioritized by the Measure J Commission. Selected project applicants may be asked to provide additional information or a brief presentation to the Commission. Applicants will be informed as to whether their application is being considered further.

City staff will evaluate the feasibility of submissions and how they might relate to other projects already in process or planned by the city. Staff will provide its feedback and recommendations to the Commission.

The Commission will make final recommendations to the Palm Springs City Council for approval. Applicants will be informed as to whether their project is being recommended to the Council.

 

 

Final applicants will be informed regarding City Council approval of their project and next steps for their project.
