As of December 18th, 2019, the Palm Springs Fire Department will no longer be conducting smoke alarm inspections.

It will be the property owner(s) responsibility to ensure the Palm Springs Fire Department Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Alarm Installation Requirements are adhered to.

Open the link below, print, and provide a copy of the letter to your escrow company in lieu of a smoke alarm inspection report beginning December 18th, 2019.
