Aloe Palm Canyon - Completed Summer 2025
Aloe Palm Canyon is a newly completed 71-unit affordable housing community located at 1479 N. Palm Canyon Drive, serving seniors aged 62 and older with incomes between 0% and 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Of the 71 units, 69 are income-restricted, including 25 Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) units that provide on-site services to support long-term housing stability and independence.
The project was developed by West Hollywood Community Housing Corporation (WHCHC) and is professionally managed by EAH Housing.

The Monarch – NOW OPEN
Located at 3290 N Indian Canyon Drive, this project features 60 affordable units. Developed by the Community Housing Opportunities Corporation (CHOC), The Monarch offers:
- 28 one-bedroom units
- 16 two-bedroom units
- 16 three-bedroom units

Vista Sunrise II – NOW OPEN
Located at 1695 N Sunrise Way and 1527 N Sunrise Way, Vista Sunrise II is a permanent supportive and affordable housing project on the expanded DAP Health campus in Palm Springs, at the southwest corner of East Vista Chino Drive and North Sunrise Way.
Vista Sunrise II includes:
- 48 studio units
- 12 one-bedroom units
- 1 two-bedroom manager unit
Residents have access to DAP Health’s extensive healthcare and educational services, including an on-site clinic and pharmacy, as well as social services like case management, mental health support, vocational training, nutritional education, computer training, yoga, and legal counseling.
The project was completed in early 2024, and residents are now moving in.
