#1 Community Needs Survey

The City of Palm Springs is in the process of completing a new five-year Consolidated Plan (ConPlan). The ConPlan is mandated by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the City to be eligible for its Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) annual entitlement funds. It is a document that identifies the City’s overall housing and community development needs and outlines a strategy to address those needs.

An important part of this ConPlan is to ask you, the valued resident, business owner, worker or other stakeholder what you think are the important unmet needs of our low-to-moderate income neighborhoods and residents. Help the City of Palm Springs in preparing this Consolidated Plan by completing the online or paper survey. Your participation is greatly appreciated.
