Martha's Village and Kitchen is the city’s contracted provider of homeless services. If you are in need of these services, please reach out to our Access Center who will provide information as to the requirements to receive emergency shelter. These services are provided on a first come first served basis. You must sign up for the emergency bed in person starting at 3pm daily at the Access Center located at: 225 El Cielo Rd.
