Below are application requirements for several common applications submitted to Planning Services:

Special Instructions for Appeals:
Different types of appeals follow different pathways. Please review the information below to ensure that an appeal is addressed expeditiously:
- An appeal of a Director Decision can be filed online through EPL via the online portal above.
- An appeal of a decision by the Planning Commission, Architectural Review Commission, or Historic Sites Preservation Board should be filed directly with the City Clerk by contacting them or using this form: https://www.palmspringsca.gov/home/showpublisheddocument/75652/637486483252630000
- An appeal of CEQA determinations should be filed directly with the City Clerk by contacting them or using this form: https://www.palmspringsca.gov/home/showpublisheddocument/75652/637486483252630000
All fees must be paid within the statutory appeal timeframe in order to consider an appeal appropriately filed.
If receipt of any appeal filed online or with the City Clerk has not been received, contact the Planning Department or City Clerk immediately and before the 10-day appeal period ends.

Supplemental Instructions & Forms:
- Public Disclosure Form - This form must be submitted with the above applications that require Planning Commission or City Council review, in accordance with Section 2.60.050 of the Municipal Code.
- Traffic Project Scoping Form - This form must be submitted with the above applications in accordance with the City's Traffic Impact Analysis Guidelines.
- Neighborhood Notification:
- Developer Neighborhood Outreach Procedures
- On-site Sign Posting Affidavit - Use this form when submitting an application that requires on-site sign posted under Section 94.09.00(F) of the Zoning Code.
- Public Hearing Labels - Instructions on the preparation of mailing labels when your project requires a public hearing.
