Class 1 historic, Class 1, Class 2, Class 2 historic

  

 

  • Historic resources which have been designated by resolution of the City Council.

 

 

Class 3

 

 

  • A building which is identified as potentially eligible for designation on the Eligible Resources list of the Citywide Historic Context Statement.

 

 

 Class 4

 

  • Any building which is not Class 1/Class 2/Class 3, and was constructed before January 1, 1978 (or whose age cannot be determined).

 

 

Historic districts 

 

    • Historic resources in a defined geographical area which have been designated by resolution of the City Council. Within each district, there are contributing structures and possibly non-contributing structures that define the district as historic.
