The Palm Springs Police Department has joined forces with real estate agents working in the community of Palm Springs and surrounding area in an effort to make neighborhoods safer.

This partnership, called REALTOR Watch, can help prevent and solve crime in our communities while enhancing our residents’ quality of life.

Local Realtors are invited to attend a Realtor Watch Crime Prevention Seminar to learn how to recognize and report suspicious activity. Realtors will also receive training on how to avoid dangerous situations

Once trained, Realtors return to work, always keeping an eye open for suspicious activity in the
neighborhoods where they work.

Participants in Realtor Watch will receive e-mails from the Police Department with crime prevention tips, personal safety tips, crime trends and crime notifications.

If you are interested in attending a future Realtor Watch Crime Prevention Seminar please PRINT and fill out the Enrollment Form and fax it to 760-323-8178.  The form may also be mailed or dropped off to the Police Department.

The seminar will be held at the Palm Springs Police Department training center and is free for all who attend.
