Cannabis Related Business Employee Badging
The Department of Special Program Compliance will begin issuing Cannabis Related Business Employee Badges to all employees after successful completion of a Live Scan Background Check.
Badge Details:
- Cost: $7.00 per badge (annually)
- Appointment Scheduling:
- Until a web-based platform is launched, appointments must be scheduled via email at: Johnathan.Ingram@palmspringsca.gov
The badging process will be conducted with a Cannabis Code Officer and an Administrative Assistant.
Application Requirements:
Each employee, agent, officer, or other individual acting on behalf of a Permitted Cannabis Related Business in Palm Springs must submit the following:
1.Completed Application Form
2.Copy of Valid Driver’s License or State Issued ID
3.Name of the Permitted Cannabis Business you will be working for
4.Passport-Style Photo: Size: 1” wide by 1.5” high
Must comply with Department of Cannabis Control regulation §15043 (Licensee Employee Badge Requirement)
