To report a nuisance in the City, please follow this link to the My Palm Springs app. Your report will be received electronically and assigned to the appropriate city staff team member.

If you need to report an active complaint about a Vacation Rental/Homeshare or event house in your neighborhood, please call:

• Please do not call the Police in a non emergency situation
• Provide Vacation Rental property address
• Describe the disturbance
• Allowing access to your yard will help us witness any violation
